Protecting The Vulnerable

We are committed to breaking the cycle of generational incarceration by restoring broken bonds and reuniting families.

Caring for children in juvenile detention

There are over 1,000 children locked up in juvenile detention centers across Tennessee. We remind these kids they are loved and cared for by providing many of the same programs we offer at adult correctional facilities. We offer educational resources and assistance, one-on-one mentoring, worship services, and more.

Summer camp

TPOM offers a camp each summer for children with incarcerated parents called Camp C.O.P.E. At this week-long camp, children experience play therapy, fun activities, counseling, and special events. The camp is free and accepts children ages 8-17.

Camp COPE

School supplies

TPOM provides free backpacks full of school supplies each summer for children preparing to go back to school in the fall.

Christmas shopping

TPOM provides parties for incarcerated mothers and their children, including gifts for the parents to give to their children.
